In 2019 I was lucky enough to go to the mountain kingdom of Bhutan. It is one of the most incredible countries I have ever been to, and it was such an amazingly beautiful and serene place.
As it was a photography tour, we were encouraged to do a project over the last few days of shooting. I love sewing and dressmaking, so I was thrilled to stumble into a small tailor's studio in Thimphu, where they were incredibly kind in letting me roam around and take pictures of them at work.
They found it rather hilarious, having me poke my camera in at them doing the sort of thing they do every day! Here are the results of my exploration into their world.
